Employees, doctoral students, PhD students, and students of Tomsk Polytechnic University receive a library card upon presentation of an ID, such as passport, service ID, student card, driver's license, a photo (3x4).

External users receive a temporary library card based on an ID, such as passport, service ID, student card, and driver’s license. Upon receipt of a library card, users should read and sign the User Policy. The library card is the only document that gives the right to use the library.

The temporary library card without photo is valid only with an ID.

In case of loss of the library card, the user should inform the library Registration Office to receive a new card, which should be paid according to the library price list.
